Dry, finely ground, electrostatically charged particles of pigment and resin are sprayed onto an electrically grounded object to be coated (normally metal). Due to the attraction of opposite electrical charges, the particles adhere and in-fill the metal substrate to a consistent thickness.

The coated parts are oven cured (ours is 27 feet long) for sufficient time to allow the metal or substrate to have 7-10 minutes at approximately 400 degrees F. When cool they are checked for quality and are then ready for pickup or shipment.
