Fast & Reliable Powder Coaters
Here at The Powder Coaters we have a batch system, this requires items to hang on racks that roll into the 24ft convectional gas oven. Items must also be cleaned prior to powder coating, we employ a burn off oven to burn off old powder coating, our large 40ft long sandblast tent which enables us to sandblast small to large items, our heated dunk tanks are some of the only used on Vancouver island which enables the most thorough cleaning system on the island.
Steel items are all primed with a fusion bonded zinc rich primer, this ensures long life and help to fight off rust for years to come. We use numerous powder suppliers which gives us endless choices of colour options. We also offer Vancouver Island the largest supply of in house colours at over 350 in stock and access to over 20,000 custom colours.
